“Fearless 1” by Andrew Ntshabele, is a captivating piece, which speaks to current circumstances, and challenges one to reframe the negative into a positive, as we face the probability of a fourth wave. This work challenges one to see differently, through the eyes if a child, to continue to dance, have gratitude, to stay in the moment. A young girl gracefully dances. She appears to float, weightless over the stories of the Pandemic, not taking them into account as she finds herself in a moment of joyful dance.

Background stories on contemporary newspaper, reflect the realities of COVID-19, which has pushed millions of people into poverty through job losses and thousands of students have been left without adequate education. The pandemic has also heightened mental health issues, such as loneliness, depression, and anxiety.
