Banele Njadayi pays attention to capturing specific detail in the interpretation of the character of his subject matter. His genius is in being able to present the daily narrative, a moment in time, beautifully recorded in paint.

Dressed in partly traditional attire three ladies give motion to their joy in a spontaneous dance where the beat resounds deep within their blood. Banele captures the interconnectedness of generations within a community in a blend of rural and urban, old and new, young and aged. Individuality is expressed within the realm of unity. The artist combines areas of focal intensity with motion blurs and unimportant elements in the background, always maintaining freshness in the mix and application of his colours.
