Shipping and Delivery Charges / Taxes
You acknowledge that our limited-edition print prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping charges are applied separately upon checkout.
Purchased limited-edition prints will be delivered to the address indicated upon checkout. The buyer will be notified by e-mail about the packaging and shipping status, estimated delivery date and, possible delays, if any. You will receive a tracking number via email. For an additional fee, you can ensure your order, with the shipping company.
The limited-edition prints are packaged and shipped only upon receipt of full payment.
Artyli.com is not liable for any import duties and vat that may be applied to the limited-edition prints shipped to certain countries. By purchasing a limited-edition print from our online gallery, you agree to pay necessary import fees and/or vat as requested by customs procedures of the country the limited-edition print is shipped to. As soon as your order has been processed, and full payment received, your limited-edition print with your certificate of authenticity, will be wrapped in a protective sleeve and placed inside a sealed tube in order to be despatched.

Refund Policy
The only reason we will refund you, is if your order is damaged during transit.
Returns
Artyli will assess each piece to make sure the quality of your limited-edition print, matches both the order request, prior to packaging and shipment to ensure that the quality standard has been met. If your limited edition print has been damaged in transit, please contact us on shipping@artyli.com, in order for us to assist you.
Limited Edition Prints
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our limited-edition prints that appear at the online gallery. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of the limited edition prints that we offer.
